Chocolate Fig Muffins Recipe
- 400g of white wholewheat flour
- 125ml of olive oil
- 250 ml of a milk or your choice- I used coconut milk to keep it dairy free
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsps of baking powder
- 60g of melted dark chocolate
- 100g of chopped dried figs
- 1/4 cup of honey/maple syrup/agave nectar
- 1 mashed banana
