It's really quick and easy to make and tastes divine. Obviously the honey makes them a no no for babies under 1 but you could try it with agave nectar or maple syrup instead. When substituting honey for either of these just do a straight swap measurements wise.
I usually do these to go with a roast dinner but they would be a nice side dish to any meat -based meal or even just as a snack. I cut the veggies into chip shapes to make them perfect for baby-led weaning.
- Three carrots
- Three Parsnips
- 1tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp of honey/maple syrup/agave nectar
- 1tbsp olive oil
