My kedgeree recipe uses smoked mackrel and smoked salmon and is really quick and simple to make. You can serve it straight onto your little one's high chair or you can roll it into balls to make it a bit more manageable.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Basmati Rice
- 300g of Smoked Mackerel
- 2 slices of Smoked Salmon
- ½ cup of Frozen Peas
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 4 Cardamom Pods
- Lemon
- Bunch of FreshCoriander
- Whisked Egg
- 1 tbsp of Butter
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
