Recipe for Greens Pesto
- 50g of greens
- 1 tbsp of cashew nuts
- 6 tbsps of olive oil
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 small dash of lemon juice
- 25g of grated Pecorino Romano
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
* There are loads of subs you could make to this recipe- use spinach or basil instead of greens, use pine nuts or walnuts instead of cashews and use Parmesan instead of Pecorino Romano. Also leave out the salt if you are making for babies.
